Infused Breathwork for Couples

A plant medicine journey of shared exploration and embodiment

We come back to the body when words are not enough.

Partnership invites us to dance between intimacy and individuality, tenderness and tension. Sometimes words are not enough to bridge the distance between two hearts. This workshop offers couples a somatic toolbox—practices that reach beneath language—supporting deeper connection, repair, and embodied presence with one another.

Come, let’s breathe together.

In this immersive experience, our facilitators will guide couples through three foundational breathing techniques for co-regulation:

  • Breath of Connection: syncing breath as a gateway to attunement,

  • Breath of Trust: a practice of reciprocity and union,

  • Echo Breath: cultivating rhythm, resonance, and spacious intimacy.

Following these shared practices, couples will be guided through an active breathwork journey—an opportunity to shed layers of defense, return to essence, and touch into wholeness together. The experience will close with a sharing circle and grounding mocktail elixir, integrating what has been felt and learned into the body and into the relationship.

This workshop is both a ceremony and a skill-building space. You will leave not only with a profound shared experience, but also with somatic tools you can return to again and again—supporting intimacy, repair, and mutual flourishing in your partnership.

You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork to join—just a willingness to show up with your partner, breathe, and explore.

Why infused breathwork:

This workshop brings together the power of Plant Medicine and Breathwork —each carrying their own profound healing qualities. When combined, they create a unique pathway for deeper connection, and presence.

Benefits of Sacred Herb (Canni):

  • Supports relaxation and nervous system regulation

  • Enhances sensory awareness and emotional openness

  • Invites playfulness, and softening of defenses

  • Can help quiet the mind so couples can connect from the heart and body

Benefits of Breathwork:

  • Releases tension and stored stress from the body

  • Improves emotional regulation and resilience

  • Builds presence and attunement to self and partner

  • Offers a natural way to access expanded states of consciousness

We combine Sacred Herb with Breathwork because it amplifies the body’s natural ability to heal while in a safe, supported container for deeper intimacy and trust. This journey supports couples in moving toward embodied connection, individual wholeness and relational repair.
